仕事内容 :
The Customer Business & Support Manager (CBSM) position is responsible for managing and supporting a $20M to $150M component of the Airlines Customer business. The CBSM will be responsible for leading the commercial and service/support activities for assigned customers.  The CBSM will be the primary contact for identifying and leading growth activity with assigned customers, including managing the customer pipeline and coordinating the necessary pursuit support from the AT&R Sales team.. The CBSM will also be responsible for ensuring that overall customer support for all products and service offerings meets Honeywell and customer standards, engaging with the ISC and other elements of the Aerospace Customer and Product Support Team as needed to resolve issues.  The CSBM is also responsible for meeting other financial metrics with assigned customers, including working capital.

- Possess strategic sales experience
Ø Not just tactical sales experience but have strategic vision
- Strong communications skills
Ø Not just able to speak good English & Japanese but able to articulate, conceptualize, present thoughts/initiatives etc
- Possess Leadership skills
Ø Not people management but ability to influence people/functions to deliver results
 
Other Qualification (Asset):
- Good program management/process skills
- Sound financial knowledge/business acumen
- Good interpersonal skills & team player
- Not necessary to be in aviation or a particular industry
